SCRIPTURAL WISDOM & PRACTICAL HELP FOR SURVIVING TROUBLED TIMES

A RESOURCE MANUAL

This Resource Manual is an On-Line version of the same type compiled for a Christadelphian Seminar, held on June 5, 1993 in Toronto, Canada. The Seminar is designed to help Brethren "Spiritually Survive" in these troubled times, before the return of our Lord.

Worldly attitudes and values are influencing our ecclesial community. We may feel ill-equipped to respond to these challenges in our personal life, within our family or within our ecclesia. The workshops held at the Seminar are intended to be an introduction to sources of scripturally oriented help: on various troubles and adversity that can affect the brother hood in these trouble times.

This Resource Manual, however, is designed to provide more complete and detailed Scriptural Wisdom and practical help than can be discussed in a short workshop. In addition, it should provide further listings of available resources, both inside and outside the brotherhood, to those experiencing trouble and those attempting to help others deal with their problems.

Each segment of the manual has been written by the co-facilitators of the seminar workshops.

This Christadelphian Seminar and Resource Manual has been organized by an ad-hoc committee upon the suggestion of the Williamsburg Conference Foundation. The committee is comprised of the following Brethren:
