If you feel that we are not abiding by this posted privacy policy, you should
first contact any MEMBER OF OUR COMMITTEE by Committee
Members to Contact. If you do not receive acknowledgment
of your inquiry or your inquiry has not been satisfactorily
addressed, you should then contact a member of your own local
ecclesial serving brethren, perhaps the recording brother
/ secretary and have them follow up with us. We are responsible
to the Christadelphian Community.
Information Collection and Use
The Caring Network is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.
With the exception of the use of "cookies"
(see below) we do not gather information without your
consent. The Caring Network collects voluntary information
from our users at several points on our website. Information
such as your name and address or your email address.
This may be when you request some literature
or request
contact etc. We will not share, sell, or rent this information
to any others. [Return]
Publication Orders
We request information from the user on our publication order form. Here a
user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). However
we do not ask for financial information (like credit card number, expiration
date). We need your name and address to ship the material you request. You will
be invoiced for any charges as posted on the publication page. Our librarian
will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your
approval. (This would most likely only be due to a technical problem and should
never happen). [Return]
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information
about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any
personally identifiable information while on our site. Cookies
are used on this web site to make viewing more enjoyable and
to help us with demographic information (See Log
Files). For this reason it is desirable that your
browser accepts our cookie. If a user rejects the cookie,
they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is
that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. For
example, the user may have difficulty using or viewing some
pages if they do not enable cookies. An example is our
help link. [Return]
Log Files
Did you know when you visit a web site you leave some finger prints? Web sites
use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track
user's movement, and gather broad demographic information
for aggregate use. On our site IP addresses are not linked
to personally identifiable information. We would like to
know however, what pages our visitors find of most interest. This
information is collected by the Web Administrator and no
personal identifiable information is gathered or shared with any others.
The committee will receive a report in our meetings as to
general web use. This also helps us determine if there is
a need for our service in this area and where we can add
or remove material. [Return]
Sharing
As just stated, we will share aggregated demographic information with our
committee and some others, should they ask. Once again this would be just general
in nature with no specifics. This would include things like number of visitors
to our site. Just numbers, no personal information. Be assured that this is not
linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
Our librarian ships orders. She does not retain share, store or use
personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. [Return]
Links
This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we, at the
Caring Network, are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other
sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read

identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information
on the Caring Network Web site.
Newsletter
If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact
information such as name and email address.
Surveys and Event Submissions
From time-to-time our site requests information from users via a survey. Participation
in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore
has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
Information requested may include contact information (such
as name and shipping address), and demographic information
(such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be
used only to notify and thank the contributors of information.
Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring
or improving the use and satisfaction of this site. [Return]
